As a result of pushing through the resistance mentioned yesterday in the $105.32 - $105.60 a strong rally ensued. The Market did not have enough impetus to break the all time highs but these levels certainly remain a target. There is plenty of support below, but if this breaks a move into the old range of $99.00 - $105.60 looks possible.
The short and long term trends are up and the medium term remains sideways.

The oil market chose to disassociate itself from the dollar yesterday as near term technical support was breeched, bringing in some short term fund buying. Although ignored yesterday, dollar weakness may still play a strong part as there are potential longs looking for reasons to buy.
Another volatile day is expected as we are very close to all time highs and long term support is close to $10 below current market levels.
